I have been struggling for 10 days to get my Voicemail and security code reset. It was locked when I could not remember the original. Numerous promises from the CS team that it would be reset have come to nothing, on Sunday it was “escalated” so on Monday I waited for a call from the Escalation Team, what transpired was farcical, I received a txt from Lebara indicating that I missed their call even though my phone didn’t ring !!!!! . They then said they had left me a voicemail (IN A MAILBOX I CANT ACCESS !!!!!!!),
I called them again and they assured me they would make the Escalation Team aware they must speak with me, and what happened today, a repeat of yesterday, no call, another voicemail!!!!!!!!
Would welcome any advice how I can get this resolved
