I'll start:
- Keep windows and blinds/curtains completely closed on the sunny side of the house during the peak heat of the day
- Strip the duvet out of its cover entirely and just sleep under the empty 100% cotton duvet cover, or a simple flat top sheet
- Freeze a couple of plastic water bottles (or fill a large bowl with ice cubes) and place them directly in front of your fan.
