Your reward for referring a friend is not paid into the bank account you use to pay for your Lebara plan. It has to be claimed from your reward portal.
Once a reward is confirmed (*please see FAQ on when you will received your reward), you will receive the below email:

Once processed, the cash reward will hit your bank account instantly. However, depending entirely on the user's bank, it may take up to 2 days in some cases.
*How long does it take for your to receive you reward
The reward qualification time is 60 days. This qualification period starts from the day your referral (Friend / Family member) activates the SIM card, which means they must insert the SIM card into a mobile device and start using it for consecutive two months. If your referral does not make two consecutive payments within 60 days of activation, the transaction will not qualify for a reward.
