How to claim your Lebara Refer & Earn reward

Your reward for referring a friend is not paid into the bank account you use to pay for your Lebara plan. It has to be claimed from your reward portal.

Once a reward is confirmed (*please see FAQ on when you will received your reward), you will receive the below email:



Clicking the main CTA link 'Transfer to bank/Paypal account 'in the email will take you straight to the balance page to claim it.

• If already logged in: You will be sent straight to the balance page.
• If logged out: You will be sent to the login page first. After a successful login, you will be automatically redirected straight to the balance page.

If you don't receive the email - you can contact [email protected] or dial 558 from your mobile.

Payout processing times by Aklamio after approval:

1. Weekdays: usually processed the same day or the next day.
2. Weekends: processing can take up to 3 days.

Once processed, the cash reward will hit your bank account instantly. However, depending entirely on the user's bank, it may take up to 2 days in some cases.

*How long does it take for your to receive you reward

The reward qualification time is 60 days. This qualification period starts from the day your referral (Friend / Family member) activates the SIM card, which means they must insert the SIM card into a mobile device and start using it for consecutive two months. If your referral does not make two consecutive payments within 60 days of activation, the transaction will not qualify for a reward.

When I click link to claim my reward no balance page is displayed

Dear Lebara Refer and Earn Support,
I am writing to request assistance with claiming my Refer and Earn rewards, as I am unable to access the online rewards portal.
When I click the claim link or attempt to access my balance through the Lebara website, the balance page fails to load and goes entirely blank. I have already attempted to fix this by using an Incognito/Private window, switching browsers, and trying a desktop computer, but the page continues to glitch and will not display my balance screen.

DelroyP if you following the steps in my post and are still having issues you'll need to get in contact with customer support directly for further assistance. Please let me know how you get on with resolving this.

Shock that they make it glitchy/impossible to claim the reward.... I get the same glitchyness, a confusing email with no useful links, all to discourage users to claim. Do better!

if you follow the steps outlined in the OP you should be able to successfully claim your reward CarlM5. I will also pass on your feedback to the team that looks after Refer and Earn.

I didn't receive an email and my friend didn't receive his discount, so no rewards for anyone.
