Definitely very good network coverage and data speeds that are fast and not slowed down like I have noticed happens a lot with lebara.

I'm about to abandon this provider; it doesn't have coverage in most areas of North London.

I'm quite new to Lebara but I'm already impressed with the value and the coverage. When I was with 02 there was no coverage outside my granddaughter's school but now it's perfect. I don't do gaming or any of the other things which demand very high speeds of data delivery so, simple soul that I am, I'm extremely happy that I changed to Lebara

It isn’t as simple as picking one option. I value low price and good value AND roaming AND decent coverage in the UK.

Been with Lebara for 12 months now and have been very happy with the service. Excellent coverage in my area of Shropshire.

For me, the reasons I chose Lebara aren't on this list. It's not so important now, as giffgaff have finally caught up, but Wifi calling was essential for me when I switched 6 years ago. Also important was the inclusion of international minutes, which I believe is still rare at the Lebara price point.
So, it's a whole package thing. Quite simply Lebara is the best I've found in over 30 years. Let's hope they stay that way.

Martin The cost, the data, the roaming and the international minutes make the package.

Martin you definitely can't pin it down to just one thing. There will always be a number of factors to consider. Price & value is important but network coverage and contract flexibility are equally critical.

Value is very important to me and the £5 plan is great value I don't need unlimited everything as I don't use that much also having Wi-fi at home no nred for unlimited Data but equally important is great coverage and so far Lebara/Vodafone provide That very Happy with network only service that is missing for me is call forwarding which Giffgaff have but that's not a deal breaker they don't have full itemised billing like lebara

It’s a hard question as few things I wanted before I choose in this order
                        -low cost
                        -roaming
                        coverage
                        data&speed

It's not a binary choice. For example, value is important, but network coverage is essential. You can't choose one without the other. Maybe a ranking poll would provide a better insight into what is important to customers.

most networks all have similar data plans at similar price points, a few pounds more expensive is ok, as long as the overall package meets our needs and for me the Roaming is a big one as not all networks offer roaming.

This is especially useful so i dont have to rely on wifi when im away on holiday away from the UK.

As everyone else has stated, hard to just specify one thing! Low coast is very important but Network coverage is equally as important for me! Pointless having a great deal if you can’t get a signal 🤷🏼‍♀️
The signal in my town centre (St Helens) is actually pretty bad but at least I have one bar as opposed to nothing with O2!! 😆
