Martin Love Lebara although there reception at times of late has not been good in my home, when on the past it has never been an issue. Also, there technical support this year has been next to non-existent.

Like another customer said, cost is most important for me, but no point paying for no signal, so both go hand in hand.

Low price is a must but, it's an added bonus if the data speed and signal is good too.

Martin My vote was for low price and good value.
I consider that the first part is self explanatory while the second, 'good value' covers a raft of other considerations such as coverage, speed, roaming, data, cost and contract conditions kept simple....oh and the incredibly annoying 'annual contract price increase' used by the 'big boys' is a serious deal breaker for me.
If those considerations are not met then irrespective of the cost of the contract it would not be 'good value'. So answering with just the low price and good value only touches one aspect of a sim contract choice.
As for rewards that is a gimmick that wouldn't influence my decision 'unless' it was a 100% deal breaker between two identical offerings although I would wonder why entice with a 'reward/perks' instead of giving a better contract price?
So far, for me, Lebara meets most of the criteria although here in N Wales, just 12 miles from Liverpool and the same from Chester our signal is not what can be described as good....I would call it OK with reservations. Indoor use requires using a specific spot in order to maintain the connection and that is not good and we are not out in the middle of nowhere..

If I believed that ANY of the providers had good network coverage I would have gone for that. I've even used two SIMs at one point to try and get data coverage - failed. I live in a City in the North East, and there are way too many not-spots which ever provider you use.
Coverage maps area a joke. They all say I should have good or great coverage in side and out at home, but I barely get a signal at all, and I've tried them all. We had a holiday in Norfolk in a holiday park where again great signal claimed in and out. NOTHING! Driving around the signal can just disappear for stretches.
So we go for the cheapest that has wi-fi calling.

I’m amazed to find that people talk about good coverage because my coverage is absolutely awful in all sorts of places. In central London in 2026! In my house in Warwickshire which is in a town it’s almost non-existent. When I travelling my campervan, I rarely have a signal. We had a power cut two days ago and I couldn’t even make a call to National Grid to tell them my power was out because I haven’t got a signal here. I realise now that here I rely 100% on my Wi-Fi but I shouldn’t have to. I should have a signal in a town in the UK in 2026 in the West Midlands. I’m so pleased that I wasn’t locked into a contract

As others have said it’s not as simple as choosing one feature that influences my choice of Lebara. Of those listed the one feature which is of no importance is perks and rewards. There is also a difference between what entices you to join a network and what keeps you there. I’m very happy with much of Lebara but the one thing that would prompt me to leave is signal strength and quality which is where I would rather Lebara focus on rather than things like perks and rewards.

Very happy with Lebara overall, my sim contract is cheap as chips. Only problem is that the phone signal is hit & miss at home, I generally have to go upstairs to make or receive a call.My husband is Vodafone & it's the same issue with him. We cancelled our landline last year so our mobiles are all we have. I've been tempted to change network but remain reluctant in case the problem continues.
