Hi, the gift card based awards seem to have dissappeared over the past few days?

dhulme I'm not aware of any permanent changes to the Rewards offers. The offers are updated on a regular basis so keep an eye out and if you don't see the Rewards you're expecting in a few days let me know and I can look into it for you.

I'm having the same issue
All the gift card options have disappeared
So for example 5% off John Lewis and many others no longer available

I was looking for the Spotify Gift Card offer but it has disappeared too. As well as all the supermarkets/shopping. Are they permanently gone?

I'm looking for the Love2shop gift card, this has also disappeared, will this be coming back shortly?

This was my go-to place for supermarket purchases. I have been using Sainsburys gift cards via the Lebara rewards platform for several months now. It doesn't appear on the MyLebara app anymore. I'm wondering if there has been a glitch in the system somewhere, or have all these e gifts been removed? The only things that seem to be available now are the rubbish subscription-type deals that are available everywhere these days. I was quite enjoying my 2.5% saving on my groceries! Not to mention the 8% saving on Rituals,........, the list goes on!

Hey all I'm checking this one with the Rewards team and will update here once I have a response.

There's a message on the rewards portal saying there's a technical issue with gift cards and they've been temporarily suspended.
So hopefully should be back soon!
