    Hi everyone,

Imagine you’ve just been put in charge of Lebara for the day. You’ve got the power to make changes, introduce new ideas, and shape the future of the network however you want.

What would you do first, and why?

We’re really interested in hearing what matters most to you as a customer and what you think would make the biggest difference to the overall experience. Whether it’s something small that would improve day-to-day use or a bigger idea for the future, this is your chance to share it.

Drop your thoughts in the comments and let’s see what changes the community would make if they were in charge for the day!

I would also add other countries like Iran for
    cheap phone calls.

1 improve customer service because they have moments of being very bad
2 add more countries to the inclusive roaming
3 use both Vodafone/three network coverage to give better coverage and speeds in UK

I would tighten up on the community posts by including a Report Button for inappropriate content such as people randomly offering BitCoin in a discussion

I would review countries no longer in inclusive roaming because package purchase price on them are now high and originally Lebara USP was they are the network for the world but have now reduced that

I would improve customer service by getting rid of robots that don’t connect with customers, I’ve had the same phone number since phones came out and I am and have been scammed out of over £2,000 and getting scam calls daily. I tried calling customer service but no luck I was trying to change my phone No with Labara but couldn’t reach anyone speaking English only a person in India whole I couldn’t make out, I tried several times, I even joined TPS but they can’t stop scammers either. So most likely leaving Labara as a phone service without any decent customer support is not helping.

GhasemS, Chris250, BenjaminM5 interesting that you've all mentioned roaming as something that you'd change. I'll make sure that your comments are passed to the roaming team for review!

Chris2 the community platform does have a report content system, in the bottom right corner or any post you can click the report button to notify the community team of anything you're concerned about.

JohnK7 appreciate the feedback on your customer support experience. I'll pass it on to the team. If your issue is ongoing let me know and I'll do what I can to chase it up for you.

I would look at the coverage map - being Vodafone for Lebara and seriously improve the small pockets of incredibly bad reception all over the UK whether for 4g or 5g.
Where i live in North London, my neighbours across the road literally have twice the number of bars than i do. I struggle to get an internet page to load most nights at home, but if i walk across the road, suddenly no problems whatsoever! Its just incredibly frustrating from a good provider.
This spotty reception never used to be this bad a year ago. Whats going on?
