FYI and for those a bit technically challenged like myself, on switching to Lebara from Tesco Mobile....to keep existing mobile number....

1. text PAC to suggested tel number given by Lebara on introduction email....think it is 65075 using OLD Tesco Mobile SIM. Await PAC number by return text..KEEP this number since it is valid for 28 days and might be difficult to get a new one

2. then insert NEW Lebara SIM into phone. Follow Lebara email/ online instructions. Insert the NEW Lebara SIM into phone.... Give Lebara the PAC number.......On first attempt using this PAC number with Lebara SIM, I received an expired PAC number reply from Lebara.!!!!!...but a few days later I used the PAC number again and it was accepted. I understand that there can be connection/ network/ other issues with the PAC process on occasions.

The best thing about Lebara is everything works marvelously well.
Since I have been with Lebara, I haven't had a glitch of any kind.
Cherry on the cake, pricing is great.

First off, Congratulations on achieving 10k+ members. New to Lebara this last week and the most impressive thing is I can get a signal outside of my house now, which with my previous network provider, was Zilch...

The very reasonable price for a continuous rolling contract is both great flexible. Plus reading through some of the comments on the forum has already saved me time by letting me know I had to set up my voicemail service, before being able to access it... Perhaps an idea for the future would have to received some info relating to that on initial set up??

5 months into my 8 months for £1.60 I ain’t looking back even without the mse discount it’s cheap as chips and Voda network and omg this rubbish about that “other network being the best” I managed 5 days with em and actually said to them stop my transfer your customer service stinks! Damn lucky escape! Keep it real Lebara you just keep things simple and the network is damn reliable in a moving car! I had more call drop outs with “the best network that I ever did here!”

although don’t let that go to your heads Lebara and hike the prices up X10 lol

Lebara saved the day for me! I got the SIM before coming to the UK, and it worked perfectly as soon as I landed, even before I got off the plane. Having a free SIM ready from the moment I arrived made my first days here so much easier, with zero issues.

Pricing, deals and easy to manage accounts are the best things about Lebara.

The best part of Lebara is how simple it was to switch service provider , to keep my number, and then the roaming is without question so so good, by removing any worries when abroad, the cost , it gives me twice as much data for much less than I was paying.
