    Hi everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to join the Lebara community (you can register here if you’ve not done so already)! I’m very happy to welcome you to this new and exciting space!

This thread is all about introducing yourself to your fellow community members, we’d love to hear a little about you!

    A few things like:

    - Which tariff are you currently on?
    - What mobile handset are you using?
    - Any hobbies or interests you want to share?
    - A fun fact about you?

I’ll start to get the ball rolling…

My name is Martin and I’m the community manager here on the Lebara forum. My role is to look after the Lebara community, support the members and keep things running smoothly. I’ve been doing community management for almost 10 years now and I’m really excited to be here for the launch of the brand new community space.

My current handset is a Galaxy S24, my hobbies include gaming, movies and keeping fit! A fun fact about me is I can juggle surprisingly well!

I’m really looking forward to getting to know you all better. If you have any questions or need help with something, then feel free to drop me a message anytime.

Welcome to the community ClaudiaF! Thanks for dropping by to introduce yourselves.

I'm a big fan of cooking myself, perhaps we can get a recipe thread going in Off Topic to share some tips?

        Hi Everyone,

I have been using Lebara for over 10 years now. Currently use iphone16promax, on their unlimited data plan. Like the roam like home feature and the fact that I can change my plan anytime. I used your roaming pass as well during my travel to the US a few months back. Was surprised how cheap it was.

I work in the city (London) and like playing squash (yes there is a sport with that name ).

        My 2 requests to Lebara:
        1. Please launch esims to existing customers ASAP.
        2. Never increase your prices

        Cheers

          Hey everyone!
I’m RJ, part of Lebara’s India team, and probably one of the few who gets to experience Lebara from both sides of the world!
What makes my bond with Lebara special? Well, I use the same network in the UK during my business trips and enjoy free roaming and calls to the UK when I’m back home — which means staying connected with my UK colleagues is effortless!
I’m big on travel photography and food vlogging, and honestly, Lebara data has been my travel buddy — from finding hidden cafés to navigating those mysterious remote lanes of the UK.
Excited to be here and can’t wait to jump into some great conversations with you all!

Hi, I'm Bob. aka DigbysDad. (Digby is my dog!) My wife and I have been with Lebara about a year and am very happy with the service.
My current handset is a Samsung A55 and my wife has an Iphone 14.
We are both retired and spend our spare time volunteering at 3 charities, walking the dog and I love cooking Indian food from scratch

Hi all. Geoff from East Yorkshire here; new to this forum but been on similar before.
Broadly happy with Lebara but scope for improvement from the customer perspective

Hope you like it so far and feel free to let me know if you have any suggestions for content or improvements. It would be awesome to hear what you would improve from a customer perspective?

Thanks for the intro val1101! How are you finding the iPhone 15? I've always been an Android user myself but open to switching to iPhone at some point. Looking forward to speaking further.

I have had an iPhone for as far back as I can remember. I love my phone , you should give it a try . They are getting very expensive to buy , that’s about the worst thing about them 😂
Thank you for the welcome , cannot wait to see some nice recipes on here . Will post some of my own favourites for anyone to give them a try 😊

I'll keep you posted on the iPhone upgrade then val1101! They are pricey but not much more then the top end Android devices.

I'll have to get a cooking/recipe topic going then as a few other members have mentioned a fondness of cooking. It's great to share cooking tips!

Hello, I’m Blobby, got myself and twin grandchildren on Lebara, purely due to price, last year and can’t fault it. My only criticism is the absence of e sims. I use my mobile on frequent visits to Cyprus and had to get an eSIM on my Cyta network sim. Cyta are a Cypriot communication company and I was surprised that they offered eSIMs. Good job they did as I have an iPhone XR atm but Christmas is coming….

Thanks for the post MrBlobby, you're username gave me some flashbacks to my childhood!

We've had a few eSIM questions already so I'm working on getting an update on the rollout. I'll drop you an @ mention once I have some news.
