    A. I would recommend a friend – what’s not to love? Great value + great network
    A friend recommended me but after seeing a recommendation from MSE, it's was a done deal.
    Since then I've moved all our mobiles and cars to Lebara.
    I'm not sure what better recommendation you could have than MSE.
    How about an offer of a free SIM for a month? Try n buy??

      Martin No problems myself, I've been very happy so far but I do fear for what the future might hold if/when I am moved to the Lebara core network.

        If Lebara chooses EE then yes. Faster net, clearer voice, better coverage. If I offer it now to friends they might close friendship with me. :-/

          Price is the winner for me I am a relatively low usage customer. Don't need much data coverage or any frills. The very competitive charge for a low usage contract is perfect for me - I'm not paying for services I never use. Please keep your low usage tariffs/contracts.

            Being MVNO with Vodafone works well in UK and abroad (please don't change go EE). Lebara app is good too and helps me manage the 2 moby we run, showing calls text & data usage and headroom.

              Until recently, yes, I would absolutely have recommended (and did, constantly) Lebara to friends. However, or signal in North East Scotland recently has been abysmal! Calls keep dropping out, Internet issues, etc. I'm gutted, as you've been great up until now, and my household is not wanting the faff of changing company. However, if the issues persist we will have no other option

                I wouldn’t recommend based on my terrible roaming issues, I have bought roaming packages and cannot receive or make calls. I also cannot call Lebara customer service from Jersey! It’s useless and very unprofessional when I need my phone for work.

                  Had a nightmare since porting my number to Lebara on esim. Have not been able to receive or make calls s for a week. I have raised the issue a dozen times and the promises to get it sorted keep getting broken

                    I have had no problems with Lebara it's all been very good much better than my previous operator and I have recommended Lebara on a number of occasions.

                      Would not recommend Lebara to anyone. WiFi calling doesn't work. Customer services are unresponsive. Issue still outstanding 4 months after it was logged. Would rather pay more each month and have a service that works so will be switching to an alternative provider once the package I'm on ends. Won't be coming back.

                                Yes, would definitely recommend. Currently have two contracts, one for work & one for my daughter but when my current tariff expires, I'll be changing my personal phone contract over to Lebara. Value for money!
