    Hi everyone,

There are lots of reasons for someone to join Lebara with low cost sim only plans, free roaming in the EU & India, international calling and the Refer and Earn program where you can earn up to £50 for referring a friend or family member to Lebara.

With that in mind we'd like to know if you'd recommend Lebara to a friend and if so what is the main factor that would influence that recommendation?

Please take part in the below poll to let us know whether you'd recommend Lebara and for what reason. I you have any additional feedback let us know in the replies below this poll.

I recommended Lebara to a friend who had poor reception where she lived using EE.

Very good network in the UK. I was surprised, as I used Lebara 10+ years ago and it wasn't very good, but it has become quite the alternative to other operators. Well done!

I wouldn't recommend right now because I see too many new customers on Redit, who are on the new core network, complaining of calls not going through and no data throughput even though they have a good signal. Not to mention poor customer service when they contact them with issues.

mgncroft, Heronscourt if you had to pick one of the options which one would it be?

Really pleased that you've noticed a big improvement AlexanderMTTH Was there anything specific that's improved a lot?

Have you had any connection issues yourself Martin1 or is it just other customers experiences that has put you off recommending Lebara?

Poor reception. No 5G, barely 2 bars on 4G when it is available. Too many dead spots. This in a UK City. Phone mostly works and some websites and apps, but anything needing bandwidth or speed struggles.
The only thing going for Lebara is cheap and no mid term increase. If there wasn't wifi calling it would be utterly useless. If the rumours are true that you're switching to EE then I will leave. That had even worse coverage than Vodafone.

I agree with others’ comments - network strength should be the No 1 priority for 2026.

Would love to recommend to a friend - once Lebara stops its advertising on GB News! Not a great brand for you to be associated with.

Martin I recommended a friend, its a pity we can't have the Reward as phone credit though, seems a bit daft
