You may have noticed the Lebara Community website went offline over the past few days (but not our main website, Lebara.co.uk). We identified that our 3rd party supplier that hosts the Lebara Community website suffered a cyber incident affecting the Lebara Community website.
We decided to temporarily take the Lebara Community website offline while we made technical updates in response. The incident did not affect our main website, Lebara.co.uk.
It took longer than we'd hoped to make a comeback. But we take things like this seriously, so we made sure the Lebara Community website is fully updated, and secure. Unless we have contacted you directly, you do not need to do anything.
