MrTonks I wanted to check in and see if your port completed without any further issues?

There seems to be contradictory info here. This post implies esim support is available for all handsets, is that the case?
I have (my own bought) iPhone 13 and am thinking of upgrading to (my own bought) iPhone 18. Does Lebara support esim for these phones or not?

Simpson I'd believe that you will be able to use your existing plan to setup an eSIM on your new handset however I'd suggest giving customer support a call to confirm that the process will go through OK.
Giulia for new plans only the iPhone Air is available however as above give customer support a shout to confirm.
Great news! Martin
I had requested a PAC only because I wanted an e-sim. I have changed my mind and happy to use Lebara esim.

Hi Martin, I’m an existing Lebara customer using a physical SIM in my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’ve moved to an eSIM-only iPhone 18 Pro, but this model isn’t listed in the eSIM compatibility menu. Can I use a Lebara eSIM on my iPhone 18 Pro? Or can I convert to eSIM on my 15 Pro Max first, then transfer/replace it for my 18 Pro while keeping my number?

IndiraB Smart watches, including Apple Watches are not currently supported for eSIM. If this changes we'll announce it on the community so keep an eye on the Welcome, What's New board.
Hatice if the phone you have is not on the supported list then I would advise not proceeding with the switch to eSIM. You're likely to have issues with compatibility.

I am transitioning to an eSIM. I downloaded the eSIM and am waiting for the switch in 3 days time.
I have just received a text message from you announcing a new mobile number.
I have no idea what is going on. I transferred my previous number to Lebara and want to use that.
