    Hi everyone,

From time to time it's necessary to contact customer support for assistance with your Lebara device, plan or service. To ensure that you get in contact with Lebara customer support please ensure that you use one of the below contact methods.

Dial 5588 directly from your Lebara SIM.

If you're on another network or outside the UK you can dial +44 207 0310791 (cost depending on your operator). Available from 7am - 11pm (UK time), seven days a week.

Chat to our friendly advisors. We are online everyday from 7am - 11pm.
If you are getting in touch with us to keep your existing number (Port-in), click here to complete an online request.
If you are contacting us to replace a lost SIM card, click here to submit your request online.

Please make sure that you only use one of the above contact methods and if you receive an SMS, chat app message or direct message here on the community asking you to contact a number not listed above then disregard and go to the contact us page on the Lebara website to get the correct contact information.

    Hi Martin and all,
I just recently praised Lebara for their great service. However, there's a bitter disappointment, because since 17th of January the 5G disappeared, changed to 4G, and the mobile internet speed dropped dramatically 😕. It was always around 180 mbps, sometimes even above 300mbps! Indoors in our flat! But since the 17th it is between 0.6 and 5.6 mbps! Today is 22nd! During these six days I already talked to Customer Service twice, but they keep asking about my phone. I keep explaining them, it is the same with my wife's phone as well. They should know why their service deteriorated at our area in Ealing, London. Still no improvement at the end of the 6th day. And, no information!!!
Look at screenshot how Lebara's mobile internet dropped on the 17th!
We did everything with our phones, restarted, took SIM out, toggled with Airplane mode, made sure of APN and 5G settings... Still the same.
    And, total silence from Lebara!
Had to tell this disappointing experience after I said only good things about Lebara...
