What I’d like to see is a wider range of countries included in your roaming package and / or the ability to pay a fixed fee to add a country to the roaming package for a fixed period of time: 1 week, 2 weeks or a month for example. Then I could pay a fixed sum up front to use my minutes and data and not get stung by huge charges

I joined Lebara because it uses the Vodaphone network, which is the only one that gives good service where I live. If there is a move to EE, I will have to leave Lebara.

The replies are telling us that the network signal strength and availability are the clear winner which is not in the options and may be outwith Labara’s control but it would be good if it was addressed.

I would be concerned if any amalgamation with EE resulted in less coverage or a poorer customer service. I have been impressed with your customer service and coverage having 3 sim with you.

I agree with some of the other comments, better service cover would be my top requirement. Negotiate better use of the Vodafone network. Lack of connection in some places, or slow connection is the thing that may drive me away from Lebara eventually. I would actually pay more for a better level of connectivity.

As an elderly but very longtime user of Lebara, I see nothing in your scope of proposals which would be of any use to me . What I would like to see is a promise of no price increases to users, or at least to the elderly who rely on their phone for a solution to loneliness and in cases of an emergency. Both of which I have needed recently.
