Hi LEBARA,
I am using pay as you go [removed] physical sim.
I have purchased iPhone 17, and I knew that LEBARA currently providing eSim for iPhone 17air.
I would like to have an invite/QR code email from LEBARA to start using my iphone 17 with LEBARA eSim services.
I have been a customer with LEBARA for more than 2 years and I am not using any other service providers (even if, there are many) except LEBARA.
I have got 3 Pay as you go numbers in total in my family already.
Kindly accommodate my request of providing an eSim service to [removed] before I switch to other service providers, who provide eSim services flawlessly.

2 things I found out from reading this poll...
1. That Lebara customers are not benefitting from the now shared Vodafone / Three network merge.
2. That Lebara are considering a move to EE.
Both are bad news and if poll options were available I'd vote: 1. Yes - merge. 2. No - EE would not work for me.
I realise that Lebara is cheaper, thats why I went for it in the first place. I guess now I have a better understanding why its cheaper.

The network strength and availability seems to be the main complaint I’m reading and thought it was an issue with my phone but this seems to be a recurring issue so better access to the network should have been on the questionnaire if it was a possibility and it would see how challenging the problem is.

Martin Discount on multi-member Family SIM plan and Companion esim for IoT devices (watch, tablets etc) look great!!!
Please note - not everyone uses (or can use) WhatsApp for various reasons (including on phones used for work due to security restrictions), so making this a main communication method may actually be a deal-breaker for me staying with Lebara. So I hope this doesn't happen.
At the moment I have 3 different numbers with 3 separate contracts on my one account - as i manage these for myself and my children. But a discounted family plan sounds great, and I hope there will also be a neat way to separate these into different accounts when the time comes.
