We used to be able to use Lebara in Andorra but I believe it was stopped last year. As we have family there and visit often, I'd like to see this reinstated if possible please.

            Hi LEBARA,
I am using pay as you go [removed] physical sim.
I have purchased iPhone 17, and I knew that LEBARA currently providing eSim for iPhone 17air.
I would like to have an invite/QR code email from LEBARA to start using my iphone 17 with LEBARA eSim services.
I have been a customer with LEBARA for more than 2 years and I am not using any other service providers (even if, there are many) except LEBARA.
I have got 3 Pay as you go numbers in total in my family already.

Kindly accommodate my request of providing an eSim service to [removed] before I switch to other service providers, who provide eSim services flawlessly.
            [Removed]

None are applicable to my situation so I’m not sure.
if ‘longer message saving’ or ‘better customer service’ was on there, I’d be torn which to pick 🤔

It would be good to enable shortcode calling as at present one cannot enter radio competitions etc which require sending a SMS to a short number.

I would also welcome the ability to call UK 0330 national numbers from the roaming zone within the allowances.

I was told that eSIM would be coming in Q1 2025…….. still waiting, about to switch away from Lebara so I can get an eSIM for my watch.

2 things I found out from reading this poll...
                    1. That Lebara customers are not benefitting from the now shared Vodafone / Three network merge.
                    2. That Lebara are considering a move to EE.
Both are bad news and if poll options were available I'd vote: 1. Yes - merge. 2. No - EE would not work for me.
I realise that Lebara is cheaper, thats why I went for it in the first place. I guess now I have a better understanding why its cheaper.

We want a better service and lower prices.
We don't want *****s wasting our time with fake polls whose real purpose is to find out what things people will actually pay extra for.
I am now actively looking for a new provider

The network strength and availability seems to be the main complaint I’m reading and thought it was an issue with my phone but this seems to be a recurring issue so better access to the network should have been on the questionnaire if it was a possibility and it would see how challenging the problem is.

A £6.00 sim with 12gb like Smarty please.
Also poor reception when on holiday in some areas in uk.
Having read some of the comments regarding the better coverage with Smarty and the reasons, it looks a better option for me to move to them now.

Martin Discount on multi-member Family SIM plan and Companion esim for IoT devices (watch, tablets etc) look great!!!
Please note - not everyone uses (or can use) WhatsApp for various reasons (including on phones used for work due to security restrictions), so making this a main communication method may actually be a deal-breaker for me staying with Lebara. So I hope this doesn't happen.
At the moment I have 3 different numbers with 3 separate contracts on my one account - as i manage these for myself and my children. But a discounted family plan sounds great, and I hope there will also be a neat way to separate these into different accounts when the time comes.

Love to see better prices on buying unlocked phones. Could you source ex display phones in bulk and sell at a reasonable price??

Divert some profit into adult retraining, IT literacy, youth and apprentice training, also through placements and college sponsorships. Help some of the people excluded and left behind for once!
