Hi. I think the main issue at the moment is the weak Vodaphone signal. This needs to improve and be linked to Three as soon as possible.
I was previously with Vodafone and the signal via Lebara is noticeably weaker.

Create better a better network range, there are so many times when the service is poor or non existent in Leicester. I purchased Lebara due to the roam like home service as I was going travel around India for 6 months and it only worked in a handful of places that I went to, I ended up having to buy a sim out there and luckily I took a spare phone with me for the few times that Lebara did work.

Better roaming settings - there should be two tiers, one for the included countries (technically roaming, but mostly included) and one for actual roaming.
Going to Monaco (not part of EU roaming!) or too near turkey while on a greek island or something has caused issues multiple times.

Wifi calling on more phones - you don't support it on my pixel for some reason?

companion sims (actual sim cards) - I have an old phone that I would prefer to take with me when running etc. Let me use some percentage of my contract on another sim, so I can send/recieve messages, check online maps, call for taxi if I get stuck etc.

I would like Lebara to offer discounts for family sim and paid version for improved sim connectivity for 5G like EE

Martin How about add-ons for overseas travel beyond Europe, with defined free usage limits at different price points. ie. That can be used in popular long haul holiday destinations such as USA, Australia, New Zealand, etc. AKA Three.

Another vote for improved coverage and signal strength which would in be available if we also had access to Three's network. Looking at the number of replies asking for this surely this should be added to our list of options to vote for.

I’m looking around for a new network supplier as the signal from Vodafone is so weak. It’s a shame but there’s not other option. If Lebara had a stronger signal from Vodafone for their community it would possibly make all the difference
