Personally, with several Lebara SIMs, I may move to Smarty or Voxi, because of the fact that even when I am paying regular sums for my 'emergency' phones in different parts of UK, Lebara sees fit to disable a SIM and I lose my mnemonic number.

Personally, with several Lebara SIMs, I may move to Smarty or Voxi, because of the fact that even when I am paying regular sums for my 'emergency' phones in different parts of UK, Lebara sees fit to disable a (paid monthly) SIM because it has not been used for text, voice, or data, for a few months. I have "lost" some great, mnemonic numbers (including numbers I previously used for 10+ years) because of this really silly policy.
I'd have thought having someone regularly paying you but using few resources would cheer your accountants and financial director but instead you cut my service and I lose my long held number.
Well, keep the daft policy, and you will lose multiple regularly paid (DD, so cheapest for you) accounts, and maybe I'll start migrating this weekend...
So this is probably goodbye (and switching to EE is unwelcome for me, as it concentrates on a monopoly provider) rather than supporting variety that Three plus Vodafone would give.

Ability to set a srparate forwarding number to a number other than voicemail when busy, when unavailable or when no answer.
The unavailable setting is particularly useful when out of coverage but there is a landline nearby.
Only my first ever contract with One2One in 1994 had this facility (useful as they only had coverage in a few cities at the time) and since then Im not sure anyone offers it so I doubt it will get voted up, but I still miss the function.
