Hi Martin,
Apologies i have created a post which i didn't mean to do, i was actually trying to suggest that i would like to see Lebara create a home broadband package similar to other mobile phone providers.

Me and my wife are very happy with our Lebara SIMs.
We have the unlimited calls/unlimited data plan for years. We are super-happy with the included unlimited calls from UK to abroad!!! Please keep these!
I found voice quality, mobile internet speed really good even indoors where we live (Ealing, London).
I already voted on family SIMs discount. 😊
If I may add some more suggestions, Call Forwarding would be a very nice feature. Also, I'm not sure if Lebara piggybacks on Three too, or Vodafone only? If not, then it could be a great improvement to harness both networks since they merged.
Also, your attitude towards loyal customers, namely not doing mid-contract rising, is much appreciated!

Bring back Roam Like Home for travelling in China

Martin I spend 3 months in Brazil every winter with family there. Must be lots of people who spend regular time in other countries. It would be great if I could pay extra but not the current rates to use my Lebara plan there. Maybe Lebara could negotiate reciprocal deals with a local provider in other countries that would be beneficial to both providers and their customers.

For goodness sake stay user friendly, customer focused, accessible and continuallystrive to improve. Don't go down the path of all the other providers. So far I'm still recommending you and I'd hate that to change.

Piggy back off a network that has best coverage for the whole of the UK, as signal is poor in past of the south east especially SO32 postcode

Ability to accumulate unused data..i.e. If you have 5gb per month and use 2, then you should have 8 the next month. We pay for 5gb, so why can we not have it.

I agree with other comments that I don't see what I would want on the survey options.
How about adding free worldwide internation calling?

My family are on Lebara and have been for 5 years. We've experienced great service and coverage in UK and Europe. My boys were in USA last year and couldn't fault the line. Would really be beneficial to have a combined family package.
We are located on the boarder of mid Wales and the coverage for us at home and in county is good.

Discount on family plans would be great - we’ve got 5. Maybe even having a ‘pot’ of Gb to use for any sim in the family plans would be even better!

None of the options are amazing. I'd rather discounts or bonuses for those that have been with you a long time. For example 2 months free when you've been with Lebara a year etc

None of the options in the vote. My choice would be more data on USA roaming, longer time options. And a cheaper option for my gate control, it's a little used SIM but still necessary and is expensive.
