Provide more friendly text messages when abroad to assure customers are connected to LEBARA through Vodafone. Usually a Vodafone text comes up, but it's re-assuring to have the name Lebara mentioned to provide confidence that the right network is being used.

Vastly improved network strength for rural areas, PLEASE!!! It is so variable and struggles especially now 5G in the towns and cities - so extremely poor in my area!

How about data rollover? We have a 5G router using a SIM from another provider that has data rollover.

None of these. Free roaming in Switzerland would plug an anomaly in European coverage. Better signal strength in SO41 post code.

Better roaming packages, Isle of Man always has to be separate from Europe, should be included in basic package. More discount for longer trips would be good

Love to be able to use the cellular function on my watch since leaving EE to join Lebara. If what I read on here that Lebara is going to use the EE network then I will be looking elsewhere. I left them because of their attitude towards my disabled and elderly friends. No sympathy, no understanding just the worst. I have moved all my friends with me to Lebara and I will move them elsewhere if Lebara chooses EE as it's operator. I also agree with those who complain about the signal quality compared to other providers using the same network, especially on the London Underground.

Martin I have an iPhone 14 and would like to be able to add an ESIM so that I don’t have to swap sims when using your network. The poll options are not really what I would like. Thank you
