I would like to see the facility to use my Alexa to be able to make and receive calls from my Lebara phone number. I think this is available if a Vodafone subscriber. Not sure of the technicalities in terms of whether this is the same as the other Poll suggestion of an eSIM for IoT devices or not.

Nigeria should be included in the international minutes call. Most people from Nigeria use this network but we are not given the opportunity to call our home country within the international minutes package except we use our recharge. Please look into it. I rarely use the international minutes because I have no other country to use it for except Nigeria my home.

I would absolutely love to have the family discount. Myself and my husband are with you, soon we will be buying SIMs for our children. Having it all in one place to manage would be nice also, instead of multiple accounts for the kids. Or at least linking the accounts.

I would like the process, or at least the instructions, to use the phone abroad, enhanced and simplified. Eventually, with the help of a Lebara agent, I managed to get full access in Italy (but it was not as easy as I had expected). In St Lucia, we simply could not connect up and Lebara refunded the additional charge.

Continuation of free roaming within the EU.

Include Switzerland as part of roaming package. Maximise coverage by using best combination of carriers best products.

Why not free minutes to South Africa.

Free (or at least cheaper) data roaming in Switzerland. Pay as you go rate is £93/GB.
I know there are 8-day and 15-day roaming add-ons, but if you're driving through the country or staying just 1-2 days is not really worth it.

At home I do not get any signal. We can only make calls through WiFi Calling

Call screening and improved security please. Network sharing.
My wife has a different provider so that we can have options if one network is down. If there was a network share that wouldnot.be necessary.
