Martin We need Lebara to focus on teh following core issues impacting us on a day to day basis
1. Call and data quality - it is sub optimal as compared to Vodafone.
2. Roaming - during roaming we encounter sever call quality issues. Data is fine but the problem is voice call. I have travelled in so many countries across - EU, India, Singappore, USA and voice quality is really bad.
3. eSIM - this is very basic feature for any mobile company. Strange to see Lebara so behind the curve on this.

E-sim, picture attachments in sms messages, sms foreign numbers as standard feature and possibly sharing data and minutes packages across the family and managing thereby access for kids would all be good.

I would love to see Vodafone offering a decent signal in my area. It is shocking. I live in Culcheth, just outside Warrington and close to Salford. WA3 postcode. The reception is dreadful.

Thank you for running this poll and inviting community feedback. I appreciate the opportunity to help shape Lebara’s product roadmap for 2026.
There are two specific enhancements I would like to propose for consideration:
1. Family plan option
Introduce a true family plan that allows multiple SIMs registered under the same account to share voice minutes and data. Ideally this would support phones, cellular tablets, watches, car hotspots and other connected devices, with a transparent way of tracking pooled usage across the family. This would bring Lebara in line with many competitor offerings and make it easier for households to manage usage and costs effectively.
2. Flexible roaming packages
Expand the roaming add-ons to include shorter validity options such as daily passes (for example 1, 3 or 4 days) in addition to the existing 8- and 15-day periods. This would give customers greater flexibility, especially for short breaks or business trips, without needing to purchase more than they actually need. It should work seamlessly when multiple SIMs are on a shared family plan so that roaming allowances can be used without complication.
Both of these changes would deliver greater flexibility and value for customers who have varying usage needs and travel patterns. I look forward to seeing continued innovation on the Lebara platform.
Thank you.

How about changing your EU fairy use policy, so it matches our EU allowed length of stay, you calculate it's got to be less roaming than 50% of the time out of 120 rolling period. We frequently go to Spain but never stay beyond the allowed (because of Brexit) 90 days in 180 days, ie we're here less than 50% of the time but your calculations say otherwise & then I have to pay a premium to continue roaming whilst in Spain. Your fair usage policy isn't fair & calculates I've been here for more than 50% of the year.

Hi, I’m new to the community but I’ve been with Lebara for a couple of years now. Best thing I ever did.
I am useless really with technology….but I wondered if it would be possible to run two different phone numbers from the same phone? This would stop the need to keep taking the sims out and changing them over…..then losing them, like I’ve done!!!! 🙄
