Have better deals for existing customers like a loyalty plan?

For some reason Lebara pay monthly is not supported with Airtime rewards? Why is this? Can this be changed?

It looks as though I'm in the minority. I am more than happy with the service that I get from Lebara. The coverage and service is perfect for me. The fact that you get free EU & India roaming great. I always forget that i get 100 free International minutes a month included.

I think Lebara is excellent, just keep doing what you doing,if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it 👍

A1 Black Cat Interchange. Major arterial road and biggest road construction project in the country. Guess what? No coverage within half a mile in any direction. Inexcusable.
Low cost roaming a couple of times a year is no longer enough to justify putting up with this. Considering Spusu (EE). Any thoughts?

I think the price is far better than others, being able to use your minutes abroad is again better than most others, what I would like to see is better coverage as there are still too many areas where there is none.

International minutes are not any use to me personally, but im sure they are to many. Hopefully I'll get to use the roaming features some point in the future.
One feature id like is the ability to respond to those polls/charity requests/tv voting ... all seem to require the facility to text short codes... something my contract doesn't allow? Who knows why. Id be happy to put some funds forward to cover my infrequent desire to do so, therefore there would be no bill for Lebara to produce.

My husband and I each have a UK and Spain Lebara sim. It would be great to have one Account login where I can manage all four sims in one place. Another suggestion is to make the options for choosing a plan more transparent and clearer; I recently added credit by mistake, when I was trying to change our plans and associated credit card payment method. More plan detail needed before payment so that you know you're buying the intended product.

Would really like better reception. I did not realise Three and Vodafone were not being utilised to the best of their ability for Lebara customers. Why is this? Surely it should be a given.

Biggest issue continues to be the lack of reception in key areas of the country (uk)
Free roaming in Europe needs to include calls to other EU countries and within the country you are in as well as collection home.
Add on roaming is stupidly expensive compared to esims. This also needs to include incoming /outgoing calls and texts.

You used to have free minutes or roaming in China 🇨🇳 But this was ceased. I would like to see returned again.

Please add Switzerland to EU roaming! It is very poor that Switzerland is not included given its location and close links with EU.

Give us access to the Three network as well now that Vodafone and Three are merging.
