I'd like to see an aerial/ mast installed so my neighbour could use our phones. Since voda removed old masts my entire neighbourhood cannot use our mobiles for calls or texts. Thank goodness for WhatsApp

I think Lebara is a good network I regularly recommend it to people but there are things that need to be improved and I have a few suggestions
1: Stop cutting off calls after 30mins its annoying getting cut off mid conversation
2: Give loyal customers annual increases in data allowance or allow them to get the same offers as new customers
3: Lebara customers should get the same connection and coverage as Vodafone customers can be no signal at times
4: esims for all phones
5: Better roaming prices

Totally agree allow loyal customers the same deals as new. Roaming worldwide would be an additional advantage to using Lebara

How about adding Isle of Man roaming to the bundle.
Also possibly add Turkey and North Cyprus.

Smarty is a big contender for me, though they only allow 12Gb of EU roaming data. But they do offer MUCH better deals in every other way. Unlimited everything for £20 pm. I'm ready to switch in April, ready for the summer.

When run out of data.. europe or home.. It would be nice that your bolt on packages were cheaper than e-sims so I can buy packages from lebara instead of using a e-sim.

Would like to see better coverage in LS20. As I am texting I have no signal at all at home zero bars. This will be going via broadband.

Improve Customer Services. First line only work off AI scripts which is is extremely frustrating. Technical solutions are impossible. The simple reason being that you refuse to allow customers access to the Technical Team.

Please can we have calendar month billing instead of 30 days? It's really annoying how my direct debit date changes 8 times a year. Happy for you to increase my bill by 5/365ths if you really must.

I want to see the Lebara can restore the roam service in China!
