Not interested in any of those at all. 3 things matter to me:
1. I joined Lebara in 2016 because South Africa was in your international countries - I would extremely like that back
2. The network signal in the UK is poor
3. I would like to top up with any amount of my choosing - and not be limited to £5 units
Thanks

I’m in India and yes I can call and receive calls via WhatsApp but cannot make any calls direct
it hasn’t been working at all
Overall the call signals even in the UK are not as good as other networks, I have compared with my other mobiles and with family and other friends that have sims other than Lebara
I’m basically only holding on with Lebara as it’s free in Europe and India … and last time I was here 3 yrs ago it worked fine but it’s not the same…. Appears only data calls work not Vodaphone with whom you have an agreement
please talk with them and try get a better network connections (renegotiate) if you can
thanks
A Mehta

Is the move set to change to EE network? I’ve been on EE the past few years and it’s a total waste of time, no data anywhere in the country unless you’re on WiFi and calls fail 99% of the time.
Changed all my sims to Lebara and it’s been okay over the last 11-18 months. Would be very disappointing if Lebara start using the EE network.

I would really like a network that cares for children - we need more options to stop data or limit time on the phone. I was shocked that Lebara couldn’t offer a no data (but mins/texts) sim or one where the individual purchasing on behalf of another had no control over it. Move on Lebara and show you can make a difference.

I would like to see attention being paid to thwart the threat of SIM swapping.
Minimising the threat of SIM swapping could be achieved by the introduction of a phrase or numerical code chosen by the customer which is confirmed when a customer requests the transfer of their number to a new SIM card (or eSIM).

Improve UK coverage - far too many dead spots. Worse than Vodafone. Become a multi-Carrier MVNO by linking with a complementary network.
