I’m devastated to read that Lebara might be moving across to EE. Vodafone is the one provider who gives me a reliable signal where I live, unlike EE and BTInternet (both tried in the past!) I’m thrilled with Lebara provision at every level and have been telling all my friends who are also most impressed and are changing/thinking of changing over. PLEASE don’t change a winning formula!!

Not really looking for anything different from Lebara. Your service is perfect for users like me who just want a simple no frills service. I never have issues with connectivity or signal and the price for my low data contract is perfect. You are consistently the best price in the market for the last few years for my needs and I suspect for many others who just want their phone for basic day to day communication.

Stick with Vodafone network, keep international free roaming and remain competitive, thanks!

I would like to see 2FA authentication being introduced.

When porting number it would also be nice of Lebara to send a message to the number being ported regarding porting so user is aware of what is going on.

Another vote for sticking with the Vodafone network infrastructure for Lebara.

I'm not in favour of any of the pre populated options.
I think the prices and options are just great as they are.
However, I'm oft disappointed in the call quality and connection strength around UK. I thought it was just Norwich at first as they seem to be mostly 4G and rural connection was next to nil.
But now, In Cambridge, which I'm told is 5G and it's not much better. Around the city centre the mobile data is zero. I have 2 numbers, my wife and dort 1 each - yet sometimes even in tiny Cambridge I can't connect to them.
I read another members post re Vodofone throttling Lebara members, not sure about that because Vodofone aint that crash hot in certain parts of UK either. Last year in Wales, a few metres away from civilisation and nada!

Haven't heard about you joining with EE or 3 either way a bad move as again, neither of them are particularly strong outside the main cities or CBD either. I can speak with some certainty on that as I've had VF, EE, 3 and O2 since I've been here.
One thing that did disappoint me though was the inability to us the roaming in China - that was a big blow to me when that was cut as I've lived there fir 30 years. For sure, China has the best Telecoms in the world in my experience, but when I am back it's nice to be able to keep in contact with clients on the same number etc as I do in EU.

rassimonr Totally agree, most of the time it fits my needs exactly. Coverage could be better but that's more the dodgy UK's patchwork network rather than Lebara's problem.
In my small opinion, Lebara succeeds because it does what it is well, a cost effective no frills network.

                    1. Additional data/calls/etc. which can be purchased should user run out of data because of for example site visits etc.
make them valid at least 30 days from purchase not just to end of normal monthly bundle which is a pain in the ****.
for example bingo fuel on 25/01 and contract renews on 27th - any additional bundle would last just 2 days which is NONSENSE!
Giffgaff has this option - each bundle named goodybag there is valud 30 days from activation regardless of when you activate it
                    2. data rollover at least for next month (SKY has that option)

p38jligtning I like that, I was caught in the same bin 'cept it was for more than 2 days, but not much more. In fact, don't Lebara have that option when topping up- texts et - unused rolls over to the following months.?

I can't get WiFi signal on the London Tube. Others are chatting away all through their journey, watching their Netflix etc.
It's a Vodafone network, so I thought it would work with Lebara. I occasionally get connected but only when stopped at a couple of stations.
Also, I don't know if my phone has been nobbled but regular calls take a long long time to connect.. nearly a minute.
Thanks. Don't need any discounts or loyalty offers.

Fiveportions Hi, I can connect via the Vodafone wifi in the underground but even when you can pick up a signal (only at stations and platforms), it takes ages to connect and the speed is slow. I'm guessing people watching videos etc downloaded the content earlier. Also sounds like something wrong as GSM calls shouldn't take so long to connect so you should report it.

Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but about a week or so back I found that suddenly I was able to use my DATA where it's traditionally been a dead spot - here in Cambridge. Have VF or Lebara upgraded their network? Nice surprise either way.

Could it be because Lebara is roaming onto Three network now?
