    Hi everyone,

It's time for another community poll, this time around we'd love to hear from our community members about Lebara Rewards! For those that don't know, Lebara runs a reward program that's separate from Refer a Friend that gives Lebara customers access to a wide range of discounts from various brands, giveaways, prize draws and offers.

As a Lebara customer were you aware of Rewards before reading this post? If not do you have any suggestions on how we can make Rewards more visible? If you have heard of Rewards how often do you check what's on offer or take advantage of a Reward?

Please vote on the poll below and share any additional thoughts about Rewards in the comments.

Why would I? It only seems to be marketing messaging, selling me stuff that I already have, or would be a step down from what I have. Pricing and discounts are not impressive.

I go look towards the end of the month, to check how much credit I have left .
I don't use rewards, there is no savings.

It’s a waste of time, to be honest. Either free intros to overpriced subscription stuff or you have to buy gift cards for a meagre discount. Too much hassle. Not enough value.
If you add genuine offers where I just have to flash a QR code to get a discount or a freebie, I might be interested.

I really like the money off food shopping, but it would be great to have some free drink offers too — like at Costa or Starbucks — or even a free sandwich from Greggs. It feels like there could be a bit more added.

It would be far better use of Lebara’s time and they would serve their customers better by just getting us a decent signal. It’s appalling.

I wouldn't know about it unless I got an email telling me and even then I'd need regular reminders, as something that is new is easy to forget about. Especially when there are so many other rewards platforms already being used. Looking at them though, they're the same introductory offers for a lot of things, that I can get going direct to them in the first place. Or using something like Top cashback would give me a similar cash reward. Rewards needs to be significant savings/discounts, not something you can get anywhere else you go.

Should be more competitions rather than poor discounts.

I tend to only sometimes check when I get an email about the rewards, but unfortunately nothing on offer has attracted me yet.

My honest opinion is that the discounts offered which require the purchase of a gift card will likely put most people off because terms and conditions with gift cards can be somewhat restrictve. Other discounts appear to come from providers with limited locations and/or terms and conditions which causes people to scroll on by, for example having to take out a subscription.
I think these days people spend no more than a few seconds scanning across an offer and if it means jumping through click after click they just don't bother.

The deals appear to be no better than anything widely available online or part of a marketing message from companies looking for you to subscribe. Either run fewer more exciting deals or save the money administering these and pass on with better deals

The offers don't seem differentiated from others easily found online, which is unsurprising as this programme is outsourced to a partner company who probably offers exactly the same rewards under a different badge for someone else. I'm not sure why you are doing this. People join Lebara for £5 SIMs, they stay if the service is good, this won't make a blind bit of difference to customer attraction or loyalty.
