    Hi everyone,

Feel free to leave any additional ideas or thoughts in the comments!

Great ideas, I'd still prefer a free coffee the way 02 priority used to!

I believe the best and most correct one is the cashback. The best cashback solution would be to buy it cheaper instead of you earning cash back and you can claim it when reach £10. For example if you wanna buy Nike gift card worth £100 you just need to spend £90. Or if you buy thing trough the link you can get cashback.
People who saying ooh free coffee… I was never able to redeem any codes of it as I work 7-4pm and all the codes been gone who not work or just part time. I can understand free coffee yeah is always good but something more balanced thing what works for everyone would be more appropriated.

To be fair a loyalty scheme should be what it says on the tin. 11 months into a subscrition. You get the 12th month free. Could make the differance between staying with Lebara or going elsewhere for some.

You can't beat a free coffee zeep2k! That would probably fall under partnerships in relation to this poll.

Cashback has been the most popular vote so far Pete66. Do you have any specific examples of cashback loyalty schemes that you've used or like the look of?

You raise a good point about the timing of when benefits of a loyalty scheme come into play stephenbexon!

I couldn't vote for any of the options because I honestly think they are just gimmicks. You are asking about 'loyalty' and to me a loyalty award is just that.....not a discount if I buy something else so free coffee or Greggs would meet that criteria 'but' for a relatively few customers.
I agree with a previous post where it was suggested loyalty is rewarded with a reduced price or a one off reduction. As was suggested once you reach month 11 then month 12 fee could be reduced or even given free. That would be a true 'loyalty' reward which every customer who remains 'loyal' would benefit from AND likely tell their family and friends and work colleagues about.
The bottom line is 'everyone' likes a bargain and if simply staying loyal to a provider delivers a reward in cash terms then what's not to like .

I do not support any of the listed loyalty schemes. There is a 'spiders web' of so called loyalty schemes across numerous providers, retailers, energy providers and even banks. They are all offering similar rewards with similar over priced services or obscure retailers that I would never have chosen in the first place. And I have not got the time or inclination to follow any of them. They are not worth the effort. I agree with those that suggest that a reward would and should be a reduced price for the Lebara service i.e. 12 month s for the price of 11 months. That is a reward anchored to and directly relevant to Lebara customers.

I too think that a free month for so many months taking the Lebara service is the best reward.

Mentioned this before, What about offering ex display mbl phone's at a really cheap discount to loyal customers.
Surely you could source these in bulk and offer last years models at a really good price to your customers?
Yeh it's a gimmicky idea, but there's lot of your customers who wouldn't mind an ex display, unlocked mbl phone for about a 3rd of the price say??

I’m more interested in the quality of service and strength of signal as many respondents said in the last survey. Reward are just gimmicks.

To be absolutely honest with you, rewards are not my concern. I like Labara because of the great price and the freedom of monthly rolling contract. I am quite happy with it

Martin im using JamDoughnut and TooCashback. I had lot to try but this are the best in my opinion. Plus I have one more trough my workplace but that one is useless.
this 2 offer 95% same retailers with the same cashback %. Mostly using topcashback as I I can earn money if I buy something trough they link not just like voucher purchases with JamDoughnut.
Also I have airtime rewards but that totally different as all automatic as “watching my bank cards”.
With these I need to earn 5to £10 to redeem I would not have time to using another one.

for some reason here in UK companies punish loyal costumers and prioritize new ones as they always get better deals.

Martin Reduced rates for loyalty would be a way of encouraging costumers to stay with Lebara.

All idea is rubbish. Give customers £1 coffee with a Partner like Three with Nero! Humans need coffee no points and low % reductions! Make something big. Anyone can give 10% reduction, these ideas are not viable anymore! Make something that hits.
