Poll: How often do you upgrade your phone?

Martin Still using the Samsung G10 my daughter let me "borrow" 5 years ago but feel it is about time it was "upgraded".
Being now an "old-fart" I've just started getting my pension and would love to find a company that would do a deal with me that would let me pay £50 a month until the phone is paid for - they even hold onto the phone until it is paid if needs-be but, alas, everyone wants credit deals which I don't so, alas, it needs to keep going for a while longer

For me the only reason to upgrade is when the phone doesn't get security updates any more, or there's a major camera improvement. With Samsung offering at least 6 years of updates I'm in no hurry. My phone looks as good as new, and still does everything I want. Why waste money changing all the time?
