Getting verification code to change email

I have contimually tried to change the email address on my account and you are sent a verification code to enter to make the change, you need to enter the code within 3 minutes, but the email takes 15 mins to arrive. Customer service not much help

I'm having the same problem, my existing email is shortly to close so it looks like I will be having to leave Lebara and go back to Smarty, taking with me my wife and mother, who all use Lebara on my say so. All I get is computer generated replies, which are no help whatsoever.

MarkD58 After persistance I got a reply saying they will check and sort it at their side, that was three weeks ago and no nearer. They blame my ISP for not processing the code email quicker, but I get loads these codes for bank transactions and they are almost instant. WE live in hope!!!!
