I bought a Lebrara SIM card for my business, hoping that it would be efficient for work with clients, but the voicemail is proving to be problematic.
Firstly, there is no visual voicemail like with other companies.
Secondly, after it plays the message, it does not tell me the number that called me. I have to enable more advanced options, then press a series of buttons.
Thirdly, when I press 55 to call back, it's done through the voicemail service. So, after the call, I cannot see who I have dialled.
As it's important that I get clients' numbers for the type of work I do, this is proving to be a bit useless.
Is there any way around this? I was already told by someone on the live chat to reactivate voicemail. But this didn't do anything.
