I spend a lot of time outside UK, especially over the winter but my sim card expires after only 3 months even when I still have cradit on my account. This needs to be extended as I can’t use the card when overseas unless I pay for an international plan which I don’t need.
Extend the expiry time for the Sim card.

Hey Vulcan Lebara SIMs stay valid for 90days of non usage after which the SIM is temporarily barred. The sim will continue to stay active for a further 365 days of inactivity and only after that period will the SIM be permanently banned.
You can reactivate your SIM at any point during this 1 year period by topping up your balance or purchasing a plan from any of our channels such as the My Lebara app or the main website. This process will reset the SIM and you can then continue to use it as normal.
