I’m in desperate need of some advice. On Saturday I had my phone barred by Lebara after I entered a radio competition. The competition required me to send texts to enter, so I sent quite a few (I paid for them). Lebara then saw this as wrongful use of my number and revoked my access to calls, texts and data usage. I have been told it will be 48 hours starting from Monday until I will hopefully have access again. Has anyone had this happen to them and how fast was it resolved? It feels unsafe for me to even leave my house as I can’t call Ubers or even make emergency calls, I can’t even access my bank accounts without data.
