Phone barred, help

Hello there,
I’m in desperate need of some advice. On Saturday I had my phone barred by Lebara after I entered a radio competition. The competition required me to send texts to enter, so I sent quite a few (I paid for them). Lebara then saw this as wrongful use of my number and revoked my access to calls, texts and data usage. I have been told it will be 48 hours starting from Monday until I will hopefully have access again. Has anyone had this happen to them and how fast was it resolved? It feels unsafe for me to even leave my house as I can’t call Ubers or even make emergency calls, I can’t even access my bank accounts without data.

my phone/sim has been barred also, I reported it Monday and still no service today.
they think I’ve been using it for business use and I haven’t.
is this going to happen every time I get a dodgy text or call?
they also told me it would be sorted after 48 hours - it’s already been 3 days

JulieC20 I'm having exactly the same problem. Barred mine on 2.9.26, I didn't even notice until 13.9.26 and they told me it was because of excessive use!! Have asked for my PAC code 4 times, via email and online chat and been lied to repeatedly about when I will receive it. They have also taken monthly payment after barring the number, which is tantamount to theft if they are not providing any service. They have until 12pm tomorrow to comply with Ofcom's legislation, although I'm not convinced they care if they're in breach of it or not!

i used the online chat every day, emailed and called twice. I demanded to speak with a manager today, and requested a refund, they finally unabated sim this morning after 4 days! I suggest you do the same
