Hi all, wondering if anyone can help with this? I’ve redeemed airtime rewards credit to my account and it’s now showing in my pay as you go credit, although I’m on a rolling monthly plan. Will I be able to use this credit to pay the rolling plan amount? Thanks in advance, just a bit confused as I’ve switched from another network provider.

I'm not 100% sure on this one Kimbododdy81, I'll check with the team that handles airtime rewards and get back to you.

Thanks for your response Kimbododdy81. I switched from O2 as well and like you say Lebara has been brilliant especially for such a good price. Be great if can also get the Airtime Rewards sorted!

Hopefully Martin - the Community Manager will respond to your original message. I can't seem to tag him! 🤞😊

I'm also following along to see the answer. I wonder if we can't do this and will have to cancel the monthly deal and just pay for a batch of data and texts/calls using the credits, like the olden days?

Google seems to think it can be done…I’ve managed to redeem the credit, hopefully there’s a way I can actually use it as money off my monthly sim cost. But yes that could be a way around using up your credit, since you’re not tied in to the monthly sim anyway 🤔

Also I’ve heard of airtime rewards being redeemed/withdrawn to a bank account (for a fee), my app doesn’t show this option but might be worth messaging their customer service; they’re very helpful when I’ve spoke to them in the past.

Kimbododdy81 I contacted Airtime Rewards about this. They sorted it out so I can redeem my rewards to my bank account. You can only do this when you have £10 rewards and the fee is £1.30 (so £8.70 hits your account). Better than nothing though!

I'm on a monthly plan of £4.45 and occasionally buy add on or roaming packages. In January 26, I redeemed £5 Airtime to Lebara and 5 months on it's not showing anywhere as a credit. I think I'd read it takes 90 days but it's well over that now.

I’m also on a monthly plan, and having previously been with o2 and having no issues with redeeming airtime rewards, assumed that this would be the same. I redeemed £5 in March and it is showing on the home page of the app within ‘my pay and go credit’ (or something similar) with no apparent way for me to use it. So I’ve done what BernieF very helpfully noted above, and asked for this money to be returned to my airtime rewards account, so I can then transfer to my bank account (for a small fee). I think possibly that airtime rewards can only be used with Lebara on pay as you go plans?? But at least if I can redeem to my bank, I’ll still be in pocket as my monthly phone bill is a bargain!

Sorry for the long message guys!

Having previously said I couldn't see my Airtime £5 transfer, I've now seen £4.12 credit in my PAYG. What's happened is I ran out of my 3GB and didn't immediately buy a top up so my credit was used. Nice to know for if it happens again but Lebara need to sort it out for monthly account customers.
