    Hi everyone,
I am facing a serious issue after porting my number from O2 to Lebara.
It has now been over a week, and I am still unable to receive incoming calls. This is causing major problems for my business as I depend on this number daily.
I have already tried all basic troubleshooting steps multiple times, including:
    • Checking network and mobile settings
    • Performing manual network selection
    • Testing the SIM in two different phones (Tecno Camon 20 and iPhone 13 Pro Max)
The issue is the same on both devices, so it does not seem to be a handset problem.
Also, when I try manual network selection, I do not see Vodafone UK as an option.
I have contacted customer support several times, but I keep receiving the same generic responses without any real solution.
This looks like a porting or network routing issue.
    Can someone from Lebara please:
    • Check if my number port is fully completed
    • Fix the incoming call issue urgently
    • Escalate this to the technical/network team
If this cannot be resolved quickly, I would like guidance on how to move my number back to O2.
I would really appreciate urgent help on this.
    Thank you.

I just switched from O2 too. And the same problem still goes to O2 SIM card in old phone. Although Lebara app says my old phone number is wlswitched.

I had a web chat with somebody from Lebara. Who said it was a common problem of not having received all the files. I should give it more time for it to be sorted.
        I live in hope.

An hour later it all worked. So in my case a little wait was enough.
            all the best

I am Steve, and was very pleased with Lebara until just recently, when suddenly we have no phone network signal in the Britannia area of Bacup OL13 9RY, having contacted customer service on several occasions, each time they say to wait 24-48 hours. This has gone on for well over a week. Still no mobile phone signal, the customer service person said that he would raise a complaint and that someone would contact me on my mobile !!!! my reply was "I HAVE NOT GOT ANY MOBILE NETWORK RECEPTION, THAT'S THE PROBLEM !!!!" Just to clear things, I was speaking to them from a landline.
I dont want to change to a different service provider, but fear that might be the case unless this issue is sorted soon

Do anybody who has had their issues resolved managed to get an explanation as to why the issue occurred?
Missing (porting) files are just strange. For me, I've been with Lebara for many months now, but only recently that I've been having issues with not able to receive selected calls. My wife (on O2) has been able to call me, but my GP cannot call me from their landline.

My wife is having the same problem porting her old number to Lebara from O2. Mine worked fine after one day. She is currently still waiting after 5 days and is constantly being told to give it another day or two. She can dial out but cannot receive calls from other providers. Terrible service from whoever is responsible. We wish we had stayed with O2 now and paid the increased charges.
