I am facing a serious issue after porting my number from O2 to Lebara.
It has now been over a week, and I am still unable to receive incoming calls. This is causing major problems for my business as I depend on this number daily.
I have already tried all basic troubleshooting steps multiple times, including:
Also, when I try manual network selection, I do not see Vodafone UK as an option.
I have contacted customer support several times, but I keep receiving the same generic responses without any real solution.
This looks like a porting or network routing issue.

- Checking network and mobile settings
- Performing manual network selection
- Testing the SIM in two different phones (Tecno Camon 20 and iPhone 13 Pro Max)
Also, when I try manual network selection, I do not see Vodafone UK as an option.
I have contacted customer support several times, but I keep receiving the same generic responses without any real solution.
This looks like a porting or network routing issue.
Can someone from Lebara please:
- Check if my number port is fully completed
- Fix the incoming call issue urgently
- Escalate this to the technical/network team
