Urgent: Cannot Receive Incoming Calls After Porting from O2 (Over 1 Week)

Regarding my previous message. We got a message to say they were going to call us last night to discuss the issue. Funny old thing they then messaged to say they couldn't get through!!!
But did they say they would look in to the problem? no they said they would try again today!

Please can I ask did this get sorted, we’re having the same problem, from 02 to Lebara it’s been frustrating.
