Losing your phone or SIM can be stressful (and super annoying), but the good news is it’s usually pretty quick to sort out. I thought I’d share the steps in case this ever happens to you. I’ve certainly lost my fair share of phones over the years
If you’re a Lebara customer and your phone or SIM card is lost or stolen, you can order a free replacement SIM to use in your new or spare phone. Once you request it:

If you’re a Lebara customer and your phone or SIM card is lost or stolen, you can order a free replacement SIM to use in your new or spare phone. Once you request it:
- Your old SIM will be deactivated to prevent misuse
- Your existing number and plan will transfer automatically
- Your new SIM will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, arriving the next working day if ordered before 1pm (Mon-Fri)
