The claiming of your rewards is a diabolical process. I’m ‘technical’ and I struggle with it every time. Invalid ‘wrong password’ messages, no easy way in, link from email does not work, etc…. Who on earth wrote that code??? It’s an embarrassment for an otherwise great company.

garryrobson I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with claiming a Reward. I'd like to look into this for you. So I can do this can you please let me know if this was a Refer and Earn reward on one of our Lebara Rewards? Also were you trying to access this Reward via an email or directly on the website?

This was a refer and earn reward which I was enrolled about. I tried the links in the email but they don’t do what you expect. With great difficulty I eventually navigated my way there (after having to change my unrecognised passwords many times).
This is the second time I’ve had to go through this laborious routine.
And another thing, why does the system struggle with remembering passwords. Lebara is the only company I use that doesn’t recognise my password at least 75% of the time.

I'm fed up trying to claim my reward from referring someone. The link doesn't work in the email. I've emailed back and forth, tried chat and even spoke to a human who then gave me the wrong email address. There is obviously a known problem, when is it going to be sorted
