I'm checking if there any any known issues around this Stroller1961. In the mean time can you check what app has been using your data at a higher than expected rate?

Stroller1961 I am experiencing exactly the same. Lebara has " My phone uses a large amount of data" on their help section , so they are clearly aware. The question is. Why is it only Lebara and not other networks

I’m having the same issue, used more in 10 days than I did in a month with any other provider. Notably there seems to be huge chunks all at once at 2/3am.
after speaking with their live chat, I’ve had my mobile data turned off for over 24hrs, still somehow using data!
let me know how you get on, I’ve raised a complaint with it.

SL5SL5 I have spoken to somebody at Lebara and they said it is what you look at that uses data, my surfing habits have not changed, all that has changed is the data usage, luckily I am on a month to month contract so it’s easy to jump ship

Same issue for me. Spoke to the customer "service" team. Absolutely useless. Hadn't a clue what I was talking about. I've burned through nearly 30GB of data this month. I normally use a bit more than that in a year! Huge amounts between 1GB and 4GB in one go. No change in user habits, no new apps, etc. Something's odd.
Anyone found an answer?

Stroller1961, Japling, RachelT1 I've had a response from the team and they have said there are no widespread issues that would be causing your data to be used so you should contact customer support so they can investigate each case individually.

I’ve had the same issue over the last 4 weeks of huge amounts of data being used. I’ve been with Lebara for years and it’s never been an issue previously. I’ve checked all the things suggested to avoid using data and can’t find the source. I’m not foing anything different. I’m baffled.
