Vat invoice

Should the invoices show vat as mine isn't ?

Something has changed because I downloaded 2 invoices in April and they both definitely show VAT and the Lebara VAT registration number (which shows as GB100126296) . However when I look at later invoices in the payments section it now just shows the gross amount and no VAT or VAT number.
Lebara need to get this sorted because any VAT registered business users need an invoice showing the VAT amount and the Lebara VAT number

Martin is there an update on this please? We still can't see VAT on our Invoices even the ones where it was showing previously.

I am also looking for a VAT invoice, but the PDF in payment history does not break the cost down in this way.
I moved to Lebara as I was sold the VAT invoice as a feature. If I can't get this then I will unfortunately have to move to a new network.

My invoice from March 2026 definitely has VAT. I've tried chatting with an online agent twice about this but all that has happened is that they let the chat timeout which then ends even though I try to keep it alive.
