    I bought a £5.00 5G rolling contract on 6 June. Requested port in on 7 June. Lebara confirmed port in on 9 June. 12 June still not working. Told Technical team having issues but working on it - anyone had same issue? Considering binning SIM, reporting to Ombusdman and asking for compensation.

    definitely one to chase up with customer support again SoM2, it sounds like something has gone wrong with the porting process.

      Exact same problem. Ported in 48 hours ago, and still have no service

          Martin I reach out to customer support EVERY DAY. I am now in day 5, and still don't have service. Can't even do banking without 2-step verification. Also can't get a PAC number from them to go to a different provider. This is madness.
