I have a Sony and a Samsung phone. The Sony rings 20 times before transferring to Voicemail whereas the Samsung rings only 8 times and it often goes to Voicemail before I can answer it. I've tried all the advice on the internet to extend the ringing time but nothing seems to work. I've also contacted Lebara Customer Services twice and followed their advice but neither suggestions worked. Do any Community members have any ideas to help, please?

KingM1 I had found this on samsung's forum - if you have not tried the below steps already!
To extend the ring time for incoming calls, please could you try the following steps?
> Open the Phone app.
> Select "Keypad".
> Type **61*321**00# on your keypad, making sure you replace 00 with the number of seconds you want your phone to ring for.
For example, you would enter the code as **61*321**30# in order for your phone to ring for 30 seconds before diverting to voicemail. You can set this to 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 seconds.
> After you have entered the code, press the Call button. After a few seconds, you will see the following message:
"Call forwarding
when no reply
Registration was successful.".
This is confirmation that the ring time has been changed. Click "OK" to clear this message and you're all done.

Have you tried dialing
**61*121**11*30#
on your phone? The 30 is the number of seconds you can set it to (max 30). If that doesn't work, try it with 25.

Gillian - worth trying disabling WiFi calling (if it is enabled) before dialing **61*121**11*30#. You can set WiFi calling back on again afterwards.
Martin - I have the same problem with my Google Pixel 7a phone. I've tried **61*121**11*30# as well as **61*321**00# and with both I get the "Lebara Message - Call forwarding Connection problem or invalid MMI code". I've tried following the suggestion I found to disable WiFi calling and it didn't help for me. Thanks for any advice.

I came here to sort out the same issue regarding voicemail.
None of the suggested methods/code worked on my Pixel 9 Pro.
Have ended up switching voicemail off by dialling 1210 from my handset, as per the help pages.
Will let the Pixel's call screening facility deal with it.

I also have the same issue on my iPhone 17. It rings for no more than 10 seconds before going into voicemail. I've tried all the codes mentioned above with WiFi calling disabled, and though they show has being accepted, it hasn't made any difference.
**61*121**11*30# did work on my wife's Samsung A34 5G phone though.
