Hi, I recently received a new SIM card and would like to attach the new number to my existing account. However, I have been unable to receive the verification code from Lebara no matter what I try.
I have already attempted this using different phones, and I have tried at different dates and times as well. I can send and receive text messages normally, use mobile data, and make phone calls without any issue. The only problem is that I never receive the verification SMS needed to complete the process.
I would really appreciate it if Lebara could help me resolve this issue.
