    I need help. Can not make calls. When ever I try I get 'not registered on network' but I have an active account and have topped up yo make sure account is in credit. Can not find who to contact.

      I have chatted to them today. The first guy said it was my sim and that I needed to buy another sim from the shops. I then got my partner to phone them and the recorded message said they are aware there’s a problem. I messaged back and chatted to someone else who confirmed this and said… no it’s our problem and not your sim. I wish they would make their mind up. 🤷‍♀️

          got an iphone 8. just got a new sim card then changed back to my old number. my imessages and facetime will not work now. tried everything that it says on internet but still the same can anyone help me please

            I just ported my old number and can make calls but have no mobile data. I did the settings changes as instructed.

              Hi all
              Just activated my new sim card and trying to migrate my number over. However it says my pac number is out of date but the message i recieve with pac number says its valid till 9th July?

                I can’t send iMessage between the 2 iPhones on my Lebara account. It worked before today. Both phones can iMessage with other iPhones.

                  Hi Martin, My wife is attempting to switch from Vodafone to Lebara. She has received the PAC code from Vodafone. However, on trying to set up a Lebara Account, she has been unable to receive a Verification code - she has been asked for a ‘Lebara number’?

                      I ported my number to Lebara. As technically I am on a new SIM, I need to re register bank apps especially UPI apps ( of India). I am unable to fo that as SMS are not going. Lebara personnel told me to do top up of £5, so SMS goes to business numbers, it still doesn't work. Anyone has a solution??
