Does it really take two days to switch to a new device? Just got a Pixel 11 Pro, switched (ie, got a new) eSIM, but now cannot receive calls. Got another new one to switch back to my old Pixel 8 Pro after exhausting options (including L1 support) and it was working again in a couple of minutes.

RobertN5 just to confirm are you referring to a SIM swap or a different process here? Thanks!

eSIM swap. Got the new QR code, installed it on Pixel 11 Pro. Switched eSim on my old device off & put it in airplane mode. Waited a few mins, toggled airplane mode on 11 Pro, SIM has registered. I can see my number against the "Lebara" eSim entry. I can make calls. Any attempt to call my number it goes straight through to voicemail.
I have to send my Pixel 8 Pro back for a rebate but can't do that until I can receive calls on the 11. If I don't sent it back, I will be charged £590 so it's pretty urgent that this is fixed. I raised the issue on Friday and am still waiting for someone to call me (clearly they can't now as I can't receive calls)
