Does it really take two days to switch to a new device? Just got a Pixel 11 Pro, switched (ie, got a new) eSIM, but now cannot receive calls. Got another new one to switch back to my old Pixel 8 Pro after exhausting options (including L1 support) and it was working again in a couple of minutes.
eSim device swap to Pixel 11 Pro not fully provisioning (cannot receive calls)

eSIM swap. Got the new QR code, installed it on Pixel 11 Pro. Switched eSim on my old device off & put it in airplane mode. Waited a few mins, toggled airplane mode on 11 Pro, SIM has registered. I can see my number against the "Lebara" eSim entry. I can make calls. Any attempt to call my number it goes straight through to voicemail.
I have to send my Pixel 8 Pro back for a rebate but can't do that until I can receive calls on the 11. If I don't sent it back, I will be charged £590 so it's pretty urgent that this is fixed. I raised the issue on Friday and am still waiting for someone to call me (clearly they can't now as I can't receive calls)

Agent on live chat has just told me it should be working tomorrow, you'll just need to restart device, it's a known issue with the Pixel 11.
here was there comment: "As I have checked with my team, I am so sorry, but today there are ongoing issues regarding the calls for Google Pixel, so please wait for end of the day, services will be restored."
I've been without a working phone since Friday now *SIGH*

I'm also experiencing this with a Pixel 11 Pro as a new customer, ported in from Smarty yesterday (Sept 2nd) to a Lebara esim, keeping my existing number. Data, text messages and outgoing calls work, but incoming calls go straight to voicemail, and if you deactivate voicemail by dialing 1210 you get the 'the number you have called is not recognised' message.

Had the same issue of receiving no calls after transferring my Lebara esim from my old phone to my new Pixel 11 pro.
I got a Lebara PAYG sim card , stuck it in my phone and turned off the esim and magically I could receive phone calls again.
So I phoned up the Lebara help line and asked them to transfer my esim account settings back onto the PAYG sim.
Everything is now working again as it should do.
If you are suffering from this problem just get another real sim card and get them to transfer your esim account onto it.
Problem solved.
